KUNSTHANDEL RALPH R. HAUGWITZ was established in Berlin in 1994. We deal in European drawings, oil sketches and paintings of museum quality, from Old Masters to Classical Modern. Our particular interest is in the Baroque and Romantic periods of the German speaking countries.
We mount exhibitions, publish catalogues and participate in fairs. By appointment, a selection of drawings and oil sketches is always on view in our premises at Regensburger Strasse 9, 10777 Berlin. Over 20 years of dealing we have contributed both to museum and private collections, and we are also available for consultation and appraisals.
Ralph R. Haugwitz read art history in Berlin and Italy, he has lived in the United States, France and Italy. His MA-report was a study on German Romantic painting.
