About Us The Kunsthandel of Ralph R. Haugwitz was set up in Berlin (Germany) in 1994. We deal in European drawings from Renaissance to early 20 th century, and in oil sketches. Our particular interest is in the Baroque and Romantic period. Ralph R. Haugwitz read art history in Berlin and Italy, and received his MA with a study on German Romantic painting (supervised by Professor Dr Helmut Börsch-Supan). He has sold to both public and private collections, among the former are those of Augsburg (Kunstsammlungen), Stuttgart (Staatsgalerie), New York (Metropolitan Museum) and Washington (National Gallery). He also advises private collectors and has helped to establlish one of the few new drawing collections built up in the New Laender. |
