All works of art shown on the website are available for purchase. We are pleased to make reservations or to send items on approval to clients known to us.
However, confirmed orders are treated with priority. Clients unknown to us receive the works of art only after we have received the full sum of the
purchase.
We attempt prompt delivery but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Shipping and insurance for goods in transit are the responsibility of the buyer though we will, of
course, help with organizing it. Bank transfers from foreign countries need to be made at no cost to us.
Drawings are offered mounted, paintings are generally framed. The description of the works of art is done in all conscience
(please observe the condition reports).We take responsibility for possible errors for up to four weeks after
purchase. Measurements for drawings indicate the size of the sheet, for paintings that of the
canvas. Height is indicated before width.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Berlin.
