Water-colour and pencil – 192 x 251 mm, watermark: »J WHATMAN – TURKEY MILL«, on the verso an old inscription: » ›Weinnäpfchen‹ – Chr. Ad. und Emilie Mayers Haus am Augustusplatz, Leipzig, um 1842 – (eingerissen 1858)« (translated: Weinnäpfchen the house of Chr. Ad. And Emilie Mayer, Leipzig, around 1842 – (demolished in 1858)

Condition: Small tear at the left edge.
